I found a trick as well! By lowering the carts handle a bit as I was rolling it up the steps, it was not that heavy...and just rolled with ease! I contacted the owner, Jessica Reznik to personally tell her how much I LOVED this cart and what a difference it made with carrying things up and down the stairs or just over curbs! I told her that if the cart was human - I'd named it Hector & marry it! I keep the UpCart in the trunk of the car at all times as it folds up and fits perfectly, no matter how much shopping I have to unload and carry up to the second floor, it will never be an issue.
Just recently I noticed that one of the bolts came loose so I contacted Jessica. Without hesitation, she sent me a replacement bolt (in an envelope with a HEART for Hector!) and then introduced me to the UpCart Deluxe!
